As a life coach, I encourage midlife women to take ownership of their own boundaries and voice through proactive self-acceptance. By honoring your own self-worth, you reclaim your power and move out of the shadows of your fears, your shoulds and your doubts. When you understand you are enough, your actions stem from your values and are no longer driven by inherited stories or worries about external approval.

My role is to provide you with individualized support to assist you on your path to self-acceptance and worthiness. We’ll start where you are and together we’ll work to find the best strategies to bring forth your self-compassion, strength, and confidence.
