There are many traditional resources available to support the medical and operational aspects of a chronic health condition, but there are fewer available to support the emotional changes that occur, including anger and grief; self-identity issues; cultivating support; and socio-cultural acceptance of your unique needs. I’ll work with you to explore and understand these changes to help you reclaim your body and your identity with confidence.

Every body changes over time whether due to age or illness. With those shifts, our self-image also changes. It can be difficult to feel vibrant and engaged if you no longer perceive yourself as healthy. With a chronic health condition, we often need to take on life at a different pace. Our pace. To thrive, we must honor our integrity and set boundaries for our energy. Sometimes, we must cultivate support and learn to trust others to aid in our care. We learn to let the little things go, to manage to the big objectives and to celebrate our successes. We find our integrity when we honor what our body needs and come to understand that we are enough in what can we do and what we can give.

Whether you're newly diagnosed or more experienced with managing your condition, working with me to live in wellness and integrity is right for you if any of these ring true:

I offer three ways to support your self-care:

Self-Care Essentials Program
8 weeks/4 sessions/$350
This program is intended for women who need support in reconciling the changes that a chronic health condition brings to their mind and body, and who desire guidance in creating a self-care plan  It includes:

  • Four 60 minute coaching sessions
  • Post-session homework assignments targeted to your needs
  • A self-care planner
  • Membership in a private Facebook peer support group

Deeper Self-Care Program
16 weeks/8 sessions/$650
The Deeper Self-Care program affords more time to process grief and other common emotions that may be hindering your self-care. The additional sessions can used to challenge underlying limited beliefs and develop a personalized self-care plan.  This program includes:

  • Eight 60 minute coaching sessions
  • Post-session homework assignments targeted to your needs
  • One brief chat or email progress checkin session per week
  • A self-care planner
  • Membership in a private Facebook peer support group

Single Coaching Sessions
Sessions can also be scheduled on an as-needed basis at $90/hour.

Before I work with a client, we schedule a free 30-minute pre-coaching call. This allows us the opportunity to get to know each other and decide if the coaching relationship is a good fit. It’s important that you feel comfortable with me and have an opportunity get answers to any questions you have about the coaching process. All coaching sessions are done by phone or videoconferencing such as Zoom or Skype.
